IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This Corporate Rate Agreement nullifies all
previous rate agreements.
The above room rates will not be valid during any
National / International events or Cultural activity in the city, rates for
that particular period will be communicated to you upon request.
Please note that special rate will only apply
when the reservation originates in writing on official letter head. Any direct
reservations by the guests or through a travel agent not mentioning the company
name shall not be entitled to these special rates and no adjustment can be
made.
Check-in time is 1200hrs & Check-out time is 1200hrs, early morning arrivals or
prior to check-in time room will be held from previous night and will be
charged accordingly.
Request for late check-out can be extended till 1400hrs (subject to availability) after
that will be charged accordingly as per hotel policy.
Guaranteed reservation must be cancelled 48 hours
prior to arrival, failing which first night no-show charges will be applied. For non-grunted booking room can be held till 1800
hours only.
All invoices must be settled before checkout,
unless prior credit arrangements are agreed.
In case of NO-SHOW against confirmed reservations
one night charges will be billed.
THE GRAND INN reserves the right to change the rate or withdraw any of the
facilities without prior notice.
Room rates for Seminars, Conferences, or Block
Bookings for more than 10 rooms, will be quoted on a case-to-case basis and may
vary from the above special rates.
Rates will be increase 20% from 01April to 31
October being start of summer season.
Credit Arrangement: This Corporate Rate Agreement does not automatically provide credit
facilities to your company. However, should your company require a credit
facility, please contact our Sales or Credit Manager for details.
